At FacePic, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our AI photo generation services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for purchased services, subscriptions, and generated content.
Eligibility for Refunds
Standard Refund Period
You may request a refund within 3 days of generation if you haven't downloaded any images.
Our team must be given the opportunity to manually adjust images to meet your needs before a refund will be considered.
Quality Issues
If you are not satisfied with your generated images:
Contact our team at admin@facepic.app explaining your concerns
Our team will manually create and adjust photos to best meet your requirements
If, after our adjustments, you're still not satisfied, you may request a refund within 3 days of the original generation
Refunds are only available if you have not downloaded any of the generated images
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
If you have downloaded any of your generated images
After the 3-day refund eligibility period has expired
If you have not first allowed our team to attempt manual adjustments
If your account has violated our Acceptable Use Policy
For promotional or discounted purchases explicitly marked as non-refundable
How to Request a Refund
Account Dashboard: Log into your FacePic account, navigate to Billing History, and select "Request Refund" next to the eligible purchase.
Email Request: Send an email to admin@facepic.app with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
Your full name
Email associated with your account
Order or subscription ID
Date of purchase
Reason for requesting a refund
Any relevant screenshots demonstrating technical issues (if applicable)
Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Standard refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Subscription Cancellations
Canceling a subscription is different from requesting a refund:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings.
Cancellation will stop future billing but will not automatically trigger a refund.
When you cancel, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.
Special Circumstances
Technical Failures
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our service, please contact our support team at admin@facepic.app before requesting a refund. In many cases, we can resolve technical problems promptly.
Account Termination
If your account is terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will apply to purchases made after the date of modification.
